TOTAL BLOK3R Disposable Gown, 25 gsm, Size L – Master Box (100 Gowns)

The TOTAL BLOK3R™ Disposable Gown is a lightweight, single-use gown made from 25 gsm polypropylene spunbond non-woven fabric, produced in our own factory from raw material to finished gown. Long sleeves with elastic cuffs and back waist ties for an adjustable fit. Four colors make it easy to separate teams, shifts or work areas.

TOTAL BLOK3R products are made by Mega Plásticos S.A., a vertically integrated manufacturer founded in Paraguay in the early 2000s and one of the country’s first five maquila (export manufacturing) companies. For more than 20 years we have supplied customers across South America. Our plant has 75,000 m² (over 800,000 sq ft) of buildings on a 140,000 m² (about 35-acre) site that we own, and we make each product from raw material to finished goods under one roof. Nothing is made in China.

Our quality and environmental management systems are certified to ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 by SGS, and our plant provides hundreds of direct jobs in Minga Guazú, Paraguay.
